Can I get more for my 69 Eldorado if I restore it or build a custom ride?

Including chrome wheels, stereo system, sub woofers, chrome, custom upholstry etc...

1. Restore it. That will give you the widest buying audience
2. Yes but I don't think the extra money and effort would be worth it. And in today market a gas hog is not selling very good.
3. Restored. People prefer to customize their own cars so it's harder to sell one you did yourself.
4. Restoring your Eldorado with original Cadillac parts will increase its value significantly. A custom job may be a drag on selling.
5. Restored is the only way. Remember that every "custom" modification you make to the car takes more buyers out of the market. Customization is personalization. You will find that a clean resto will sella lot faster than a modified car.
