Torque and Chrome

what can i do to make it look like i have nice rims?

I have a 1999 dodge neon, its not gonna last much longer so i dont want to spend so much money on real rims...so im gonna have fun with it while i can with extremely cheap prices..dont know when i can buy a new car again. is there anything i can do to make it look like i have real rims? I cant find any chrome hub caps that cover the black wheel so you cant see it at all...so i was thinking, what if i take the hub caps off and just spray paint the black wheel chrome? Im not sure how it would look though...thoughts and advice r very appreciated!!!

2. Nothing is going to make the steelies look like real rims. You could do a two tone with black hub caps and red steelies (before you paint make sure you sand off all of the rust!!! and paint with a metalic finish). I've seen the "chrome" steelies and they don't look very good. The only hub caps that come close to covering everything except the holes in the steelies are 2000-2002 civic hub caps. Anyway if you're creative enough with it i'm sure you'll make it look better than what it already is.
