About how much do custom chrome rims cost for an S.U.V.?

I have a '98 Chevy Blazer, and I want to put some rims between the sizes of 24''-26''. How much will it cost for everything?(installation, rims, brakes,suspension, etc.)

1. That is awfully big for that vehicle... if you really have your heart set on 24s or 26s, you will spend no less than $5000 between rims, tires, lift kit etc...
