Torque and Chrome

Is the Breaker bar the best tool for installing a car or is it the torque wrench?

could you give me a reason why it is the correct tool please and thank you

1. A breaker bar is fine for removing most any component - but a torque wrench is what's needed when reinstalling many components such as head bolts, rod and main caps, wheel lugs and so forth.
