Torque and Chrome

What kind of chemical that I can readily buy do I need to use to get the paint off my chrome rims?

I have brand new chrome rims on my truck that got spray painted, What can I buy to remove the paint without damaging the chrome on them? Acid? Stove cleaner? Please advise. thanks

1. meguires chrome wheel cleaner from the auto parts store
2. "greased lighting" cleanser, it is strong stuff.
3. I would go to a local body shop and see what they would advise ...they'd be most familiar with any products to remove the paint. If the wheels have a clear coat on them then any stripper will most likely remove the clearcoat as well. Again, the body shop guys would be able to help you there.
