Torque and Chrome

What kind of rims should i get for my Black 2002 Cavalier LS Sport?

Im kinda cheap so something low in $ please. help me out. link and pics are appreciated. i dont want anything other than racing rims so no 22 inch spinners and no all chrome. i was kinda wanting black with a chrome lip but im not sure.
