What kind of torque wrench do I use to fix intake manifold on 1992 chevrolet corsica with 3.1L V6?

I need to repair my intake manifold on my 1992 chevrolet corsica with a 3.1L V6 engine, but I do not know any of the specs or which kind of torque wrench or wrenches to use. Please help me. There are different sizes of wrenches. Like 1\2, 3/4, etc. which one do I need?

1. Tighten in 2 steps: Step 1: tighten all bolts to 15 Ft/Lbs Step 2: tighten all bolts to 24 Ft/Lbs (to torque bolts & nuts, start in center using crisscross pattern) Any kind of torque wrench.. i use snap-on
