Torque and Chrome

I want to paint my bumper black and was wondering what would be the best paint to use that wouldn't look cheap?

I want to paint my bumper black and was wondering what would be the best paint to use that wouldn't look cheap, the bumper is chrome, and my truck is white, I want to paint it black mainly flat black to match my rims any suggestions/experiences with painting bumpers would really help me thanks : )

1. I would recommend calling a local auto/body shop in your home town..
2. It's never going to look like a million bucks, but you can scuff the hell out of the chrome with a wire brush on a 3.5 in angle grinder and paint over it. You didn't mention the make of your truck, but you can usually score new painted bumpers on the cheap. I've had good luck with Color Place paint, but spray paint is spray paint.
3. You need to work with a paint shop! Amateur paint jobs look horrible!
