What can I use to clean my chrome wheels?

I have chrome wheels on my car and I would like to know which product would be the best for me to use. The wheels have water spots (well that's what it looks like) on them and I try my best to clean them up but the spots are still there. I have been reading around and it seems as if most people are using Mothers Chrome Polish. Is this the best thing to use? What would you recommend?

1. All Mothers stuff is the whip. Plus the Mothers ball for your drill.

5. mothers is pretty good and also maguires is too.
6. I use 000 steel wool to clean them and then put a good coat of wax on them.
