Do you think $4900 Is a good buy for a 1996 Lexus LS 400 in good condition and with black and chrome rims?

3. Check Blue Book. That sounds kind of high. I had one of those a few years ago.
4. really I would be looking for how many miles are on it, it looks fine, but if it has like 150,000 miles on it forget it!

6. Here's a little joke about used car dealers. A used car dealer is not able to sell any cars! The economy is poor, and people just aren't buying. He come sup with a great idea. He goes to a local strip club, and offers the girls a deal. If you buy a car from him you get a date with one if the girls! The girls agree, thinking it might be fun. Along comes a guy who buys a real good deal, guaranteed to get off the lot! The deal is done, and the dealer introduces him to his date. One he has the girl in the car,. he starts to try to feel and grope her. She tells him to knock it off. He tells her, " come on., baby , you know what I want. " She relies, " honey, you got that when you bought the car!" \Because if all you are looking at is a cheap was job and the rims, that's just what you are going to get!
7. first off you seem more concerned with it having chrome rims. in the winter your going to have to get new tires and alloys because you can't drive with custom rims in winter so right there that is setting you back 1,000-1,600. it's a v8 with high mileage. your going to be spending 55 dollars at the pump to fill up and when gas goes back up to $4 it will be 70-80 to fill up. not to mention repairs on a used car. it's gonna be 14 years old. even if you live where it doesn't snow i wouldnt do it.
