Torque and Chrome

What kind of rims should I put on my Nissan Titan?

It's a 2006 Titan that is that charcoal gray color. I'm trying to decide between putting a lift on it and then some rims/tires or just putting some bigger rims on it (22" probably). Also chrome, black or black/chrome rims?
