what is a few things i could do to a white 2003 gmc z71?

i have a 2003 gmc z71 i have chrome wheels and mud tires on it k&n air filter system a great radio system and im gonna get cowl hood scoop and billet grill...i dont have much money now but want to make my truck run faster or look better if you know of any little things i could do to it please let me know and its a extended cab

1. you can change the muffler??? add a bed cover? and when u get money put sum airbag suspension on that thing
2. Black fender flares look really sharp on those and they accent the white truck.
