Torque and Chrome

What kind of chrome rims would look good on a silver honda civic?

Public Comments

  1. None, it would clash
  2. Don't get chrome rims. Get some black rims.
  3. visit tirerack.com. they have a section where they show the wheels that they offer that will fit your vehicle as well as what they will look like on your vehicle and in plus sizes. Good luck.
  4. Get silver or black. Imports look stupid with chrome, since those are "racers" .
  5. I personally don't like chrome, no matter what car. Look into some lightweight wheels, and if color is that important you can always go with a clean dark color (flat black, gunmetal, etc) with a polished lip. Consider lowering it too, you don't want to have huge wheel gap. Please remember that you're asking a question to people you've never met, and who will never see your car (I'm assuming you're asking for your car). YOU are the one who is going to see your car everyday, not us, so get something that YOU like!
  6. The best rims are the powder black rims with a chrome lip and chrome in the middle. http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/show_image.pl?bg=000000&image=http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/3/web/2415000-2415999/2415946_16_full.jpg
  7. Imports use tuner rims, and they dont come in chrome. They come in colors like silver, hyper silver, gunmetal, bronze, black, hyperblack, satin black, etc. Chrome wheels on any import just doesnt look right. Leave those for SUVs and domestics. But it is your car, do as you please.
  8. i don't think you need to get new rims...maybe a better car to put the rims on. It's just kind of a waste of money to spend on a civic, its a low performance car, and why would you spend money like that on such a car?
  9. You should definitely go gunmetal or flat black. Those absolutely, in my opinion, look the best (especially since your civic is a lighter color).
