I want to put rims on my 2006 monte carlo?

I want to put 20 inch chrome rims on my 2006 monte carlo. Do i need to purchase lifts? What steps do I need to take and how much do you think this will cost me.

3. well it depends on the thickness of the tire that your putting on it. also the turning radius of the car. and your speedometer will be off. from what i know you should just go with smaller rims to avoid damage later on. hope i could help
