How to make my car COOL?

i just got a 98 buick century custom, any other tips for being pimped out: ( i live in the state of Michigan ) - going to tint the back windows - 4inch strip of tint on upper front window - window deflectors with chrome strip on them - chrome fender trim - chrome accents on side (can't afford rims and not really necessary living in the U.P. winter is like 6-7months out of the yr ) any other ways to pimp out my car
