1. If they fit, - yes! But be aware that if the circumference of tire you are using is different it will cause the speedometer to indicate wrong! "taller" tires will cause speedometer to indicate slower than vehicle moving, - "shorter' tires will make speedometer indicate faster than the car is moving! The circumference determines how far the tire rolls in one revolution,---the distance it travels per revolution --determines the number of revolutions required to travel a mile! This can be determined by changing drive gears on mechanical speedometers, and probably computer can be reset to compensate on electronic indicating speedometers!
2. yes you can, but contact a specialist that deals with only wheels and tires because they have all the connections, tools, lugnuts etc. to make it happen.
