Black or CHrome Rims?

i drive 07 dodge charger. Its silver. Ima get 22's. Should i get them black or Chrome? ive seeen chargers with black rims and tinted windows and it looks great. What u guys think??

1. I prefer chrome. You pay all that money for black and nobody can see them.
