Where can i get a 1/4 inch drive torque wrench?

Where can i get a 1/4 inch drive torque wrench that is capable of measuring low ft-lbs like in the 5-10 ft-lb range? I have to change my oil pan gasket again because I didn't torque it right last time. Now I have a line of oil going all the way up my driveway - oops.

2. cheapest you can try sears craftsman tools, if they don't have it you're gonna have to get online and try snap on. or matco tools.
