Where can I get custom plastic decals for my car?

I want to make a chrome looking dharma (from lost) decal for the back of my car how would i go about it

1. Yellow Pages - VINYL GRAPHICS - these places will make anything you want. Supply them with the art work or tell their designer what you want and leave the rest to them. Most use a CAD program so you can see your design on their computer before they cut the material.
