1977 chevy truck grill that covers headlights?

I seen a 1977 Chevy truck with a chrome grill and it also had the same grill design over the head lights. Does anyone know where I can find this to buy? or do you think its custom? any help will be appreciated thank you! oh and here's the address to see what I'm talking about.
