I need to know about truck paint and cragar ss 5 spoke 5 lugs chrome wheels.?

i am trying to find a place that sells automotive paint for cheaper than $100 a quart. i am thinking of midnight metallic blue or metallic black. this is going on a 91 chevy s10 short bed pickup with a swap in the future. thank you also am looking for a cheap set of cragar ss 5 spoke 5 lug rims chrome 15-18 inch
