Torque and Chrome

Can I get the chrome lip with all black rims?

I was looking at CE28N Volk racing wheel or something that looks similar but rims like those don't have the chrome lip.

2. I'm takking that you hav ª nissan I dnt know about tha four lug setup but if yu hav five lugs look into 350z wheels they will fitt on any nissan with the five lug setup and I know 4 ª fact yu will find black / chrome lip
