where to find red chrome?

i saw this car that instead of the silver chrome color it was red, but I can't find anything on the internet. Do you think that they had this done custom? Would it be really expensive? They had a red chrome grill and red chrome on their wheels etc. just wondering because it looked real nice, thanks

1. That's called shiny plastic, it's actually a tape.. idk where it's available, but chrome is a color & a substance, it can't technically be colored
2. Go check out the product at sprayonchrome.com. They have any color desired available.
