Torque and Chrome

Does anyone know how to clean rust looking stains off chrome rims?

I have some Chrome rims that I am trying to clean up so I can sell. They have rust looking stains on the corners on the front I can't seem to find a way to remove all that. Have any ideas??

1. Use very fine steel wool.

3. That is rust, but you are in luck. Fine steel wool and WD-40 will take it right off.
4. go to auto parts store and get never dull it will clean them nicely
5. i always use double ott steel wool. it won,t scratch but it will take the stain off.
6. 000 steel wool from the hardware store works great on chrome, I use it all the time on chrome and glass.
