How much will it cost to customize this ride?

i just got my grandmas 2000 silver buick century. amazing condition, barely any miles on it. i'm 16. I want to get decent subwoofers, maybe a new dash panel for a stereo and some new speakers, decent looking but cheap rims and window tinting. How much would this cost around total? The rims dont have to be expensive, just something chrome, i would like good quality subwoofers and speakers also.
