  1. I would go with 17's with a 10spoke pattern, similar to those on the Evo MR. I don't think the 5-spoke wheels work with the lancer. If price is an option, i have had success buying on ebay. You can save hundreds of dollars, and get virtually the same thing as buying a name brand of OZ's, BBS's, etc. If you are worried about them fitting, all you need to check is the bolt pattern. Also, please do not put a body kit on it rather than lowering. It will not look good, trust me. Lower it before putting on a body kit, or don't put one on at all.

  3. if you are looking for a good street - wise looking car, i think you should be on 18 in rims....or (if you go performance springs better yet 19"...have a look at these rides........(also remember if you go really cheap, it will look cheap...so if you want to enhance your ride, wait until you can afford a decent modification....or keep your eye out for good used products (e-bay, or lancer owner forums)...anyway have a look at what decent 18"or 19" wheel looks like http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3165056 http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3140499/6 http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3185794 http://registry.evolutionm.net/viewimage.php?iid=16817 http://registry.evolutionm.net/viewride.php?vid=5566 http://registry.evolutionm.net/viewride.php?vid=5439 you should match these up with narrow profile (W rated or better still ZR rated ) tires i like these 2 sites for wheels, here are some of there selections for your car http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/Mitsubishi/Lancer/Wheels/18~Inch/page_1.htm http://www.wheelsnext.com/wheels-tires-packages-WHEELSSIZES-18.htm i also agree with above poster, lowering your car will look better & with larger wheels....amazing. here's closeup of my 19in foose rims with zr rated michelins http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/show_image.pl?image=http://memimage.cardomain.com/member_images/1/web/3169000-3169999/3169967_2_full.jpg?081519-289
