Torque and Chrome

Having trouble cleaning custom rims...?

I have a 2004 BMW M3, with custom BBS rims and the brake dust sticks to them like crazy. Occasionally when I don't wash them often enough some of the dust sets in and doesn't wash off. Can someone recommend a good strong cleaner that wont eat away at the chrome on the rims?

2. use Brake cleaner on brakes and rims, take wash clothe and wipe rims off after bout 2-4 minutes rinse with soapy hot water and dry them i have 18 inch Akuza Rims and they are Grey the get dirty really easy i used brake cleaner on them and they get so nice and shiny
3. use simple green but don't dilute it
