- I think it would look better lowered, but I wouldn't lower it more than 1/2"-1". Just enough to make the lines of the wheel wells look even around the wheels.
- like it was stated dont lower it too much, i lowered my car in a relativel flat area and have already scraped my front and rear bumper and messed up my custom exhaust. and its not like i wasnt paying attention sometimes you just have to drive or it looks like you can clear it and you cant. dont lower it too much if its a daily driver. it pisses me off when i see nice cars like that messed up cause road conditions suck.
- Get the Eibach sport springs, it lowers the car about 1.5 inches. By the way, you did use spacers when you put the rims on right? If not, the suspension is going to get messed up with the wide tires and rims. The bloody car looks like a lifted SUV!
- Just know that if you do lower the A4 it could cost you a lot more in service than you'd like. I see so many A4's with terrible suspension problems after being lowered. Transmission problems also abound with lowering an A4. One of the worst things though is that will mess with the sensors in the Audi and it throws codes for pressure problems. Usually you can have the warnings reset, but it could cost you, a lot of the time we charge those services as a diagnostic test... usually runs around $98 to $200...
