How can I pimp out a 1982 subaru brat?

I'm buying a 1982, good condition brat. BUT it's still a brat, I'm a little on the urban side so I'd like to make sure that it's not a laughing stock so people can go "oh look at the...terrible? NO AWESOME 1982 brat." Recommendations as some cheap chrome looking type wheel covers, I'll love you forever.

1. There is no such thing as an awesome Subaru Brat. Actually an awesome Subaru is very, very rare.
2. First off Hodg is an idiot. There are lots of sick subaru's. The newer legacys are nice, and up until 08 the WRX and STI's were sick. As for the Brat I would love to have one, its a rare car on the road. if you want it to look sick you need to raise the suspension and throw some bigger tires on it. 3. A Subaru Brat is a utility truck, its not a sports car. Either use it for its intended purpose or go buy a POS Honda car to add your crap to. You want cheap wheel cover, buy them at Walmart, first corner you go around they'll go flying off, then when they do you won't be out but a few bucks. Seriously why would you put wheel covers on a truck? That would be rediculous looking.
