Torque and Chrome

what is use of flex head torque wrench as opposed to fixed head? ?

going to use one to snug oil drain plug, thanks

1. if you're just snugging the oil drain plug, then just snug the darn thing. flex heads give you additional clearance in tight places
2. either will work but not needed just run it up tight and give it a bump... its not much more than hand tight... ive never see the need in it in 35 yrs that ive worked on any car
3. a flexable head wrench is so you can get into a angle.
