Torque and Chrome

how many pounds should i set my torque wrench at for the installation of fram sure drain oil change valve?

in past i just tighten the things on tight considering they are never supposed to come out, but this is a new car and if i want to remove valve someday i don't want to way over tighten, thanks

1. same as a drain bolt, tight plus one quarter turn.
2. that depends on what kind of car you are driving. if you give me that much info, i could answer your question but ultimately what ever the manufacturer gives for the torque spec for the drain plug.
