Which custom wheel brand can I trust?

Hi! I'm thinking of changing my tires and wheels. Now, I'm wondering which custom wheel brand is well-made and reliable in terms of quality and safty. I'm thinking of black or black&chrome with 6-7spokes. Wheel size will be 17-18 inches. Thanks for reading!
