Torque and Chrome

Makita BTW253 Vs Snap-on CT4410?

I was wondering if any one has use both of this torque wrench. Cause I'm looking to buy a 3/8 torque wrench when I need to go to my brothers place to help him with his car (Lives in apartment) or in case of a emergency with my car. ???
