Torque and Chrome

Where can I find an inch/lb torque wrench that is fairly inexpensive?

I need a inch/lb torque wrench (not a ft/lb torque wrench) for a one time job. I have found a few but they are way over $100. Any ideas?

1. auto stores rent tools, this would be a good idea for a single use

3. Have you tried the pawn shops? I know here in Canada that Canadian Tire will lend tools if you buy the parts from them.
