Torque and Chrome

What looks better,black or chrome rims on a white truck?

2. my boyfriend has a white cadillac ext truck and he has really cool chrome rims. so id say chrome

4. i think black but if u get chrome im sure u can get the opposite side of the rim painted black that'll kill
