where can I get a custom back plate made for my Yamaha?

Hey guys I need help here I have a Yamaha V-Star 1100 Custom and I am trying to find someone that can make a custom chrome plated plate for the back of my sissy bar. At the back of the back rest is a gap and that is where I would like to put this plate All the help I can get would be really appreciated, I live in Sydney
