Torque and Chrome

Should I get chrome rims for my new 2009 black Mustang?

Should I? And for those who say yes, what things should I know about rims - security for the rims, best places to get them etc...

  1. only if you get 22's
  2. no that would look bad save your money and go with the stock rims
  3. i think you should stay with the stock rims because having bigger rims may alter the vehicles dynamics change the rims if necessary like for drag racing
  4. Matte Black 22"s Baby
  5. I would... they would look SWEET! But I would stay with the correct size. I don't think 22s will hurt the looks and in fact I have a stang and would love to do the same... have fun! mustangs R O C K!
  6. triple chrome, 19's or 20's will be stand out . its your ride personalize it. best look for a mustang is dropped on eibach springs, larger rims/narrow profile tires....and do NOT be afraid to choose a non-traditional mustang rim (me & a whole bunch of stand out mustang owners do). personalize it, that;s the beauty of a mustang ...here's a good site........ http://www.wheelfire.com/scontent/WheelResults.cfm?wheelsize=20&VehicleMakeFinal=Ford&VehicleYearFinal=2009&VehicleModelFinal=Mustang&VehicleOption=ALL large selection of 19' & 20" rims if you want original you can consider the MHT series for originals like foose, jesse james or niche http://mhtwheels.com/default.cfm?brand=4 cheers 04 cobra, modified, whipple blower 15lbs boost. riding on 19"foose rims, ZR michelins http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/show_image.pl?image=http://memimage.cardomain.com/member_images/1/web/3169000-3169999/3169967_2_full.jpg?081519-289 http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/show_image.pl?image=http://memimage.cardomain.com/member_images/1/web/3169000-3169999/3169967_8_full.jpg?081519-289
  7. Make sure you get the "coolest" ones...so you are "chillin" and "phat" this is the most important thing in life. Definitely spend that dough on something useful like "rims"...I wish I had such difficult decisions to make.
