What is a good security camera setup for me?
i am having trouble with things missing,and today i had my chrome wheel fall off while im driving because someone tried to steal it luckily the rear tire didnt come loose and chevrolet they tampered with the rear too,but my motrcycle and truck are 10 15 feet away from my upstairs window, i have a computer, and a high def tv,what type of security camera would be good for evidense and protection???

- You can't watch the cameras or monitor(s) 24/7. If you get a camera or two or four and connect them to a multichannel security DVR (with a hard drive), you can set up motion triggers for all sorts of stuff... You didn't tell us what computer, so it would be possible to use that, but video or stills over time will use lots of space, so if you decide to use the computer, then an external drive for the surveillance photos or video is suggested. You can look at the low-end at x10.com or you can do consumer grade video surveillance from a number of sources. I like Frys. Go to their web site - on the tabs under "Electronic Components" select "Security" then "Closed Circuit Television"... and CCTV kits, Recorders, Wired and Wireless cameras... What is your budget? Does the camera need night vision? Good luck...
