What is the best thing to clean my chrome wheels with?

Hi please can someone tell me the best way to clean and restore my chrome wheels, they have got water marks on and are starting to pit..

2. there is a company called autoglym which has the cleaning products for everything to do with vehicles if you check out there site it also tells you where your nearest stockist is. i know about autoglym as i use it myself there is nothing you can do about your pitted rims apart from getting them re-chromed but this is expensive. http://www.autoglym.com/enGB/default.asp
3. Australian "autosol" works very well
4. Alloy rim cleaner. If it is pitted though, it/they will have to be restored/rechromed to make them look new again.
5. A proprietary chrome cleaner using mutton cloth both available at any car accs shop. Forget the piano it could scratch the chrome.
6. AUTO-ZONE has a full line of wheel cleaner/polishers with different user specified formulas. GET BUSY! P.S. Might I suggest 'MOTHERS' by my mentor ' BOYD CODDINGTON'. "BRILLIANT"!!!! EDIT; The wheels doesn't matter, do not scratch that piano!
7. steel wool and glass cleaner
8. 000 steel wool from the hardware store.
