Torque and Chrome

According to Wikipedia there is a motorcycle company in Estonia called Magnum Chrome. Anybody know about it?

I mean the former Soviet republic, a Baltic country bordering Russia. The US State Dept calls it "so wired it's sometimes referred to as E-stonia". So how come I can't find a website for Magnum Chrome?!! motorcycleforum.com also lists this supposed manufacturer, but no amount of googling can find it for me.
