Torque and Chrome

Goes behind a wheel, brake dust cover? You see people with chrome wheels and a colored back, what is it?

I need to get one and I dont know what it's called or how to find one. Please help.

1. They're called brake dust shields, but they probably have numerous names, search that up and you should find what you're looking for
2. It's a mudguard. It prevents mud and stone chips on your paintwork.
3. you can most likely find them in most autoparts stores , but be carefull some of these to not vent the brakes which could cause the brakes to get to hot and not function properly
