Painting Chrome Finished Wheel Covers?

I just brought some silver chrome finished ones and i love them but just wondering, is it possible to paint them black? what paint would be good if so? I heard Dupli-Color is good for plastic ones.

1. Basically any paint will work. However, the paint will stay longer if you sand the chrome off first, leaving a sort of rough surface. The chrome stuff they use on those plastic covers are so smooth that paint chips if you paint directly onto it.
