How do ya remove rust from chrome rims?

I have 18in chrome rims and the rust is starting to develop on the cap and near the air hole where ya put air in the tires. what is the best way to get rid of the rust? and what is the best rim cleaner that would make it look like new? and what is the best rim cleaner that i should use, like name brand or type of stuff? thanks again G

1. just get some crome cleaner from auto parts store or wal-mart, just buy what looks to be a little higher quality (mothers, turtle wax) als you can use stel wool, just be careful not to scratch them.
