where to buy an open ended torque wrench?

where can i buy an open ended torque wrench capable of 10Nm? thanks Hey BIRD! Neither Lowes or home depot have open ended torque wrenches...so check your info before you throw out a "DUH"....DUH!

1. Depending on your situation, it may be more feasable to snap a crow's foot wrench on your torque wrench. They are open on one side and can be indexed in 90 degree increments. Hope this helps.

5. I have a lot of torque wrenchs and i use then in my line of work . I have never seen a open ended torque wrench. If you find one let me know.... Sorry
