Is it a web site that shows custom baby strollers that i can buy.?

My sister just had her first child, and I said I would get the stroller, so I am looking for a custom stroller. She’s from S.C and the cars are very flashy down there. So why can't the stroller be? I’m looking for custom strollers like chrome rims, low rider, dubs, spinners, something kind of flashy. P.S: Please nothing about what I should do to customize my stroller; I want to know if someone is selling them already made. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. You can buy flashy covers, etc. for preexisting strollers. The strollers that are customizable are the 850 dollar Bugaboo strollers and similar strollers, but even then it's just what colored fabrics, etc. you want. Not rims, spinners, etc...
