Can chrome plating be applied over lead body fill and if not why not?

1. Hi my name is jake. i have never chromed over lead body fill before but my experince with lead and chrome tells me that its not possible as lead is soft and porrous. chrome would eventually just flake and crumble off of the lead body fill.
2. the chrome potmetal and even plastic, so anythings possible :)
3. chrome can be applied over any surface,all depending how is applied. the surface must be magnetic. a composite material made with graphite is for plastic or fiber glass. meaning, on thin material must covers first fiber glass then graphite then chrome layer.
