Torque and Chrome

is there anybody on here that knows about chrome plating that can give me some advice on how to set up tanks?

i want to do my own chroming so i need to know how to set up tanks and so on not huge ones just enough to do wheels largest being 24in but there only about 1inch wide i have a recifier that can run the tanks i just need to no whats what to do i only want t o do chrome and brush plate gold thanks rugby player but your link does not work
