Torque and Chrome

How can I get rust off of the grill of my car? It is like chrome plating.?

It is just on the surface. Is there a chemical that will do this?

2. naval jelly will remove it from it,you can buy it at any parts store or even wal-mart has it also,and their cheaper on it than a parts store will be ,but it works real good,follow the instructions on the bottle real good though,good luck with it.
3. You can pick up naval jelly at Home Depot or a car part store and even Walmart
4. Try Coca-Cola.
5. KBS makes a product called RustBlast. http://www.kbs-coatings.com/RustBlast-C33.aspx It works great for removing rust.
