Torque and Chrome

I have a 82 custom built shovel head. I want to know what is the best polish for chrome & paint?

My boyfriend is out of town and I want to surprise him. Any help would be appreciated. As the nearest bike shop is 100kms away I would like to be informed first so I can phone around and ask. thank you all.

1. first start with a good bath. then dry with a cham.mothers is a very good wax. autoparts store will have it for the chrome i use eagle one never dull.auto parts will have that too . should take 3 hrs if done right.
