  1. I know Snap-on sells them. If you are looking fore something mabye less expensive I'd check at Sears because I'm sure Craftsman makes them too.
  2. nearly every hardware store sells them. check on ebay or other online tool makers sites!
  3. http://www.snapon.com/ http://search.ebay.com/torque-wrench_W0QQ_trksidZm37QQfromZR40
  4. Sears does sell them u can pick one up for about $60.00 Snapon yuo will spend at least $200.00 plus
  5. Purchased mine from Sears.
  6. norbar did one
  7. NAPA stores
  8. harbor freight has the best price on them but their made in China so check the calibration against a trusted ft. lb wrench if you have one.
  9. Multiply foot pounds by 12 this will give you inch pounds.
  10. If you can't find an inch pound wrench, take a foot pound and divide the reading by 12 (or multiply the desired reading by 12)
  11. Use one reading in Pascals or NM and multiply your Inch/pounds by 0.112984825
  12. snap-on,matco,mac, as well as craftsmen all make a inch pound torque wrench
